Who we are

The controller of your personal data is NextEra d.o.o., Bantanova ulica 2, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration no. 9885552000, VAT ID SI43277292.

For any question about your data, email info@nextera.si.

Enquiries by form and email

When you fill in the form, we process your name, email address, the services you pick, your timing and your message. Name and email are required because we cannot reply without them. The same applies when you email us directly.

We use this data only to reply and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The website does not store enquiries in a database. The form sends them as an email to our mailbox.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending it. To do this it processes technical browser data and your IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site from spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Personal invitations and call bookings

We send some companies a personal invitation with a link to a private page where they can book a call. When you book, we process your name, email address, phone number if you enter one, your note, and the time and type of call you choose. We store this in a database and add the call to our calendar. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For these invitations we also keep simple visit statistics: when the page was opened, whether by QR code or link, the kind of device, and the country and city. No IP address and no cookies are used for this.

Analytics (Yandex Metrica)

To understand how visitors use the site, we use Yandex Metrica. It records the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser type and your approximate location. It also records sessions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and form input), which shows us where the site is unclear.

Yandex Metrica stores cookies in your browser (their names start with _ym). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by emailing us, or block or delete the cookies in your browser settings.

Server logs

Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data on every visit, such as IP address, time, the page requested and browser type. These logs are used to run and secure the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Only providers that work for us have access to it:

  • Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting and server logs.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): form protection (Turnstile).
  • NEOSERV d.o.o. (Slovenia): the mailbox that receives enquiries.
  • Neon (USA): the database for call bookings made through personal invitations.
  • Apple (iCloud): the calendar where booked calls are added.
  • Yandex (Russia): visit analytics.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Yandex Metrica analytics data may be transferred to Russia, for which the European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and email: up to two years after our last contact. If we work together, as long as the rules on keeping business records require.
  • Call bookings: up to 12 months after the call.
  • Analytics and server logs: as long as each provider's rules set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@nextera.si. We reply within one month.

If you think we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects for you.

Changes

We update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.
